U.N. Climate Change Summit, Happening Now

This week, the U.N. Climate Change Summit is being held in Doha, Qatar. So, in the spirit of those meetings, I've decided to post a few links about climate change. I understand that there are a lot of people out there that don't believe human activity is causing the Earth to warm, or believe that humans may be causing climate change but it doesn't necessarily warrant drastic changes to our lifestyles and economies. With that in mind, I'm trying to share some links that support both sides of the issue.

Personally, I think it is undeniable that the burning of fossil fuels is adding CO2 to the atmosphere at an accelerated rate. I understand that C02 levels in the atmosphere fluctuate naturally overtime but I think the evidence available shows a drastic increase of CO2 since the industrial revolution. It is reasonable to conclude that higher carbon-dioxide levels will perpetuate the green-house effect and cause the Earth to warm. I don't think this means the world will end, but I think it has serious implications for humans, particularly humans that live in coastal regions. Warmer temperatures mean higher sea-levels and more potent weather events, and these two things will have serious economic implications. That's my opinion.

Here are some links to other peoples opinions, all of which have more scientific credentials than myself;
